The Webpass Field Technician team is a field operations team focused on the installation process and construction efforts for the Webpass network. Job responsibilities include installing and testing fiber optic cables, installing radio mounts, pointing microwave point-to-point radios and performing installation/construction duties, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Role Description
As a GFiber Webpass Construction Technician, you will build, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain our network. You will work on a variety of different types of building, each presenting their own challenges, whether that is installing and testing copper/fiber cabling and their peripherals or troubleshooting after hours emergency responses to outages. By using your wide-ranging skills and the highly supportive team, you'll find the best solutions to complete the job.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $57,000 - $62,000 bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
